Minority Report Body Count

2002
Total Movie Body Count: 4 Total John Anderton/Tom Cruise Body Count: 1
Total Movie Breakdown:
Track 7: Leo Krow shot by Anderton - 1 Track 19: Danny Witwer shot by Lamar Burgess - 1 Track 22: Anne Lively drowned by Burgess - 1 Track 23: Lamar Burgess - 1
Total John Anderton/Tom Cruise Breakdown:
Track 7: Leo Krow shot by Anderton - 1
The reason I didn't include the deaths as shown in the Precogs' visions is that the movie ends with the idea that people can make choices and have alternate futures; thus the visions were not "future crimes" set in stone.
An alternate body count, if the deaths in the visions are to be counted, would be a total of 6 (the wife and lover murdered in the vision, and the husband arrested for it).
There were no scenes of Anderton's son actually dying, and his death was only talked about.
