Total Leon Breakdown:
Start: Fatman's bodyguards-6 Evicted: "Clients"-2 A Pro Hit: Malky and "Chinamen"-4 DEA Building:Cops- 2 Alpha Team Removal: Alpha Team-11 "This is from Mathilda": Stansfield-1
In the offscreen "cut away" kills, the bodies aren't seen but there's no doubt that Leon killed them. One is shown falling over a rail down at least six stories, 3 are shot behind a window screen (no bodies shown), one is killed in an explosion (no body shown), one is shot showing blood splatter, 4 cops are shot after Leon closes the door with only 2 bodies visible when the door opens.
I'm not counting Malky as an offscreen kill (although his kill is at first offscreen) because his body is later shown in a photo to Tony.
Actually Malky's death is also a "cut away" so it's included in body count.
There were no offscreen kills then, they were "cut aways."

I'm not sure if you include offscreen kills like this, Jen. I'm not counting Malky as an offscreen kill (although his kill is at first offscreen) because his body is later shown in a photo to Tony. Off screen kills that are only talked about do not count but implied kills where everything is shown up until the final blow and/or dead body do count. These are called "cut aways." An example is the opening scene in Jurassic Park. If you look really closely at the scene it actually really shows nothing in the way of a death but it is clearly "implied" that it is. 1. So implied/cut-away at the last moment do count. 2. Discussed deaths and/or photos do not. I'll add this to the guidelines...
