Hi my name is Aidan
I am a new member
Before registering I did counts of Several Hong Kong films.
I did counts of "Full Contact", "City on Fire", "Wild Search" (all Ringo Lam with Chow Yun Fat, "City on Fire" was the inspiration for "Reservoir Dogs") "Flaming Brothers" (obscure film with Chow Yun Fat, relatively high body count) and "Infernal Affairs" (recent Hong Kong crime film, remade as "The Departed")
I have submitted my count for "Full Contact", should I (in good time) submit these other counts as well?
Glad to be a member of this great site

You need character kills. Dream kills are counted. Dead bodies on the floor are counted.

Hi Dave, were those comments refering to the count I submitted because I had character kills, I didn't think the dream kill would be counted as the character does not die (in contrast a dream in another film I counted portrays the death of someon who is mentioned as dead and should be counted).
if just general comments, thanks for telling me.
Hope that my contributions will eventually help this site.
Aidan

you count dream kills seperately, it breaks down like this, say that there's like 12 kills in the movie, and 2 of them are dreamed or imagined, you would put the kills like this:
12 kills (10 real/2 imagined)
i missed the character count, sorry.
you gotta count the bodies on the floor after the explosion, the only time we don't count those is when it's a huge pile up(like the pile of bodies in 300)
