Just some things. First, the Joker shoots up the bank manager and then gasses him. So, that would be one more for him.
I know for a fact he didn't kill Ramirez because he flips the coin, it comes up good and he tells her she will live. Then, he knocks her out.
Also, there is no way to confirm Marconi lived or died.

he shot the bank manager in the legs and put a smoke grenade in his mouth. he puts a grenade in his mouth, us not initially knowing what sort of grenade it is. it bursts with smoke, and considering jokers nature, he probably put the nonlethal grenade in his mouth only to fuck with him.
i figured he killed ramirez because gordon mentions to bruce that harvey killed 5 people, two of which cops. i thought the coin landed on the burnt side, perhaps i was wrong. ok i just called my brother who has seen it 4 times and he confirmed that harvey didnt kill her. ill change that real quick. i wouldnt have picked that up, so thanks.
as for marconi, harvey caps the driver and the car does a flipdy whirl all over the place (how harvey escaped unscathed is beyond me). and gordon said he killed 5 people. i merely assumed that marconi would pretty much have been annihilated.
i do appreciate the correction.

Hey Wyjebo,
Isn't there a scene in the film when a cop approaches a van, tells it to move on, and the Joker shoots the cop with a shotgun. Or did i just imagine it lol!
Oh yeah, it was a good count by the way.

The 5 joker henchmen that Batman alledgedly kills in the 'truck accident' (a little vague as to which accident this actually pertains to; there are a shitload of explosions in this scene and several trucks are destroyed), you don't actually see them in the truck, let alone dying because of Batman's aggresive driving. If it was the 18 wheeler flipping, you see the henchmen get out of the truck after it flips (see it in imax..it's bigger that way).

you only see the joker get out of the truck after it flips. there were two clowns in the cab of the truck and 3 in the back, not including the joker. there were also two more on fire escapes (the two who killed the helicopter). the truck flips and gets crushed. the joker comes out alone and some time later two more clowns show up after batman wipes out on his motorcycle. at first i assumed that the two clowns would have been two from the truck, but then i put into account the amount of time it took them to show up on the scene. i figured that they were the two clowns from the fire escapes, seeing how you only see 2 clowns. i counted the others as dead because none of them are seen again and the truck got pretty fucked.

It isn't even remotely obvious that Batman killed anyone in this scene, especially given the themes of the movie (Batman's one rule). Batman flipped the truck instead of blowing it up so that he wouldn't kill anyone inside of it. You can't just assume that the 5 clowns are dead, especially if the joker managed to survive. The clowns just got really badly injured, which is typical for most bad guys who run into Batman.

You're new. You have no fucking say. And that Batman's rule thing is bullshit. Batman killed an assload of people in Begins.

exactly, batman fucked some ninjas who attacked him in begins while he was batman with his rules. and i can assume the clowns are dead because if i was in a truck that flipped 3452643 feet into the air, all my bones would snap and i would be dead. as for the joker, they couldnt kill him because that would have made the movie lame (can you really expect him to come out of that accident completely unharmed). i understand what youre saying though dude.

Just because I'm new doesn't mean my point isn't vaild. I've seen the movie 3 times now so I think I have some say in the body count of the film. Including the clowns in the flipped truck to Batman's body count is like counting the cops that get injured in the car chase in "Batman Begins" (the ones that get flipped around). Also, there is no indication from the rest of the movie, that Batman killed the clowns. Jim Gordon is shocked to find out that Batman is taking the fall for 5 murders (2 of them cops) at the end of the movie.

in begins it is confirmed that no one was killed in the car chase. as for the dark knight im giving the clowns the benefit of the doubt. of course gordon was shocked that batman was taking the fall for harvey dents murders, anyone would be; he most likely wouldnt care if batman disposed of a handful of clowns. gordon wouldnt be shocked if some bad guys were killed due to Batmans doings.
