Saw this title at the local video store, with the tagline "The First Ninja Commandos!" and a bunch of guys in ninja costumes holding uzis and ninja throwing stars, standing in front of a massive explosion. One quickly realises that this could only mean one thing: bodies by the truckload (although strangely, the first death wasn't until almost 35 minutes in, and the movie is less than 90 minutes long). I doubt anyone here has ever seen this, judging by its 12 votes on IMDB, but I'd strongly recommend trying to find a copy (it's available on DVD and VHS) - it's got well choreographed ninja sword-fighting, shootouts that are frenetic and corpse-heavy, decent directing... and the most painfully lifeless acting ever. Dialogue is delivered in a monotone, repetitive fashion that makes every single line a one-liner.

Judging by the fact that IMDb lists no released dates at all for this one I'm placing it in the staright to DVD/video section unless we can find something different.
