Couple specifics
1-If a zombie is seen eating a human, does that count as a kill?
2-Zombies and the posessed(see Evil Dead) take 2 forms, and most of the time die twice. They die once in human form and then once in zombie/posessed form. Therefore when a character is killed we count one kill for human form and one kill for zombie/posessed form. Being that while in zombie/posessed form the character takes a different mind set and acts differently(i think this is the problem with the Versus count). When i did army of darkness you can see that i noted, Alive Evil Ash and Dead Evil Ash. So just as a suggestion i think this is how we should count it.
3-When an inanimate object (or other thing) comes to life, and a character kills it, i think we should count that as a kill. Example, in evil dead II, ash chops his own hand off, it becomes posessed and starts attacking him, and trying to kill him throughout most of the movie, he then finally kills it, this would result in a kill.
4-What is the policy for animals? Does it go into the final kill count or is it just misc? Example would be Alice killing the zombie dogs in Resident Evil.

Sorry it took me so long to get to this but vacation and Easter sort of got in my way... Couple specifics 1-If a zombie is seen eating a human, does that count as a kill? Yes, unless that human comes back as a zombie. One person can only be counted as one death. Not twice as a human & a zombie. They are still the same character whether human or undead. Their final "death" is the count. No, a character can only be counted once since the first time he did not really die. Duel identities showing two different people/characters can be counted twice as in Fight Club so Evil Ash's death would count. I don't think so since it is not really a "character" but it is something that can be added to the "Misc" count. From the main guidelines...5. Animals: Depending on their type of death and their significance to the plot or main characters they will not be counted except under "Miscellaneous."

Anything that involves gore or death should count as a kill, in my opinion.
