He was never killed at any time during these flashbacks and he doesn't die at that time when they really go into the house. They aren't even flashbacks - they are ideas of what they "could" do, in the future. My guidelines do stipulate that the "final" kill should be the one that counts but I realize that films with flashbacks or dreams do show kills or a body hit like A Scanner Darkly even if those are imagined or not finalized. This site does specialize in "on screen kills." I think we need to have both types identified in these types of films to alleviate the confusion. Dave, can I get a tally from you with those counted and one with them not counted.
