It bothered me that the character kill count for RotK was incomplete. 1. If I didn't see at least part of the upper body being killed in battle (even though the character/killer could be seen or even be heard making a kill) I didn't count it. 2. On a triumphant note, I notice that Eowyn had more kills than Eomer. Yey for Eowyn and Boo for Eomer for insulting Eowyn's battle skills. 3. The numbers are the times the kills occurred in the film. At some point it started getting crazy so I noted the time to avoid confusion. The "troll" should be in the count. Not sure about the "Mumakil". Is it Humanoid? Maybe I should have termed the Mumakil as oliphaunts. The Mumakil are oliphaunts specifically from Harad. Also known as Mumak of Harad. The riders/warriors are called Haradrim or Sauthrons. (The hobbits call them oliphaunts, the Gondorians call them Mumakil). The fell beast is the flying dragon/pterosaur thing that the Nazgul ride on. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oliphaunt http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fell_beast Also, the little booklet included in the DVD set calls them "Mumakil" and "fell beast" under "Enemies" of Gondor. I'll include the troll in the count, if you do consider it humanoid. For some reason I think of it as a monster/beast, since it doesn't speak and is only faintly humanoid (imo). I changed the count above to include the troll in Gandalf's count. They do speak. I remember them speaking in the book "The Hobbit."
