In a battle, if I didn't see an actual body being run through with a sword, shot by arrow, knived, axed or speared, it wasn't counted, although the character can be seen doing these actions. 2. If it wasn't run through with a sword, knifed, shot by an arrow, slashed with an axe, or gored with a spear, the body was merely knocked out, so it wasn't counted. 3. In scenes with dead bodies, I only counted if it clearly looked like a body, with the majority of the body showing. I didn't count shots of heads or limbs or blobs on the screen. 4. A lot of the counts in battles are minimums. 5. I didn't count the cutaways of Uruks entering Fangorn, it was darn near impossible to count. These will be added together for a final tally. My reasoning is that some people are only going to want to know the tally for humans without the creature number on films with as big of a count as this one. If you already did it and I missed it just smack me.
